Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

1. Who we are

Stansted Cab is a trading name of Kinetix Delta Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 17276682. We are the data controller for personal data collected through stanstedcab.com. Contact: stanstedcab.ops@gmail.com.

2. Travellers

The price comparison form on our site does not collect your name, email, phone or payment details. The route and date you enter are used in your browser to show a typical fare and to send you to our booking partner. When you book with a partner, they collect and use your details under their own privacy policy.

Our partner links may use tracking (for example via the Awin affiliate network) so the partner can tell a booking came from our site and pay us a commission. This uses cookies or similar technology set by the partner or network.

3. Operators

If you register interest as an operator, we collect your company name, licensing authority, licence number, phone, email and coverage areas. We use them to verify your licence and discuss a possible arrangement. Our legal basis is legitimate interests (and steps before entering a contract). Data is stored in Google Workspace and kept for up to 24 months, or longer if we enter an agreement.

4. Emails to us

If you email us, we use your details only to reply and keep a record of the conversation.

5. Analytics

We may use basic analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. Where required, we'll ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

6. Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site (for example hosting by Vercel and storage by Google), under appropriate safeguards.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to its use, and request portability. Email stanstedcab.ops@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
