1. Who we are
Stansted Cab is a trading name of Kinetix Delta Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17276682 ("we", "us"). We run stanstedcab.com, an independent information and comparison website about transfers to and from London Stansted Airport. We are not connected to London Stansted Airport.
2. What we do, and what we don't
- We publish guidance and typical fares, and link you to third-party booking partners (currently HolidayTaxis).
- We are not a taxi or private hire operator. We don't own or operate vehicles, and we don't invite, accept or fulfil bookings.
- When you book through a partner, your contract is with that partner under their own terms and conditions, which they show you before you pay.
3. Prices and information
Fares shown on this site are typical market ranges for guidance only. The price you pay is the fixed price shown by the partner at checkout. We take care to keep information accurate but can't guarantee it is complete or current.
4. Commission
We may earn a commission from partners when you book through links on this site. This doesn't change the price you pay.
5. Bookings, changes, cancellations and complaints
Payment, confirmations, changes, cancellations, refunds, flight delays and complaints about a journey are handled by the partner you booked with. Please contact them first using the details in your confirmation. You're welcome to tell us about your experience at stanstedcab.ops@gmail.com.
6. Operator enquiries
Licensed operators can register interest through this site. Registering creates no obligation on either side; any arrangement will be agreed separately in writing.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for services provided by partners or transport providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
